conditions
Any reservation constitutes a binding agreement between proprietor and guest. The booking is only considered definite when made in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £100, and duly acknowledged by us. The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of any cancellation within 6 months of the holiday date. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Failure to pay the balance on time will constitute cancellation of the holiday by the holidaymaker. If the holidaymaker books the holiday within 8 weeks of its start, the full balance of the holiday must be paid on booking. Please note that provisional bookings over the phone will only be held for 7 days. If the provisional booking is made within two months of the holiday date, a completed application form and full payment should be made within 48 hrs.
Should you cancel your booking within 3 months of your holiday reservation, we will endeavour to re-let the property. Should we be unable to do so, an account will be rendered for the balance of the rental payable. We strongly recommend you take out insurance to cover any charges resulting from cancellation.
The premises must be left clean and tidy on departure. You will be billed for any excessive cleaning required. Pets are not permitted on the furniture, or beds, and should not be left unattended in the property at any time.
